What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All parcels within Malaysia are shipped with Poslaju at a flat rate of Peninsular Malaysia RM 8.00 East Malaysia RM 12.00 All domestic shipping fee will be waived for a purchase of RM300 and above. All domestic shipments are estimated to arrived within 1-3 days after dispatch. Signature is required upon parcel delivery. Should there be no one to receive and sign for the parcel, the parcel will be sent to the nearest Poslaju branch, kindly follow Poslaju’s instructions and arrange for self-collection. Should the parcel be returned to us, additional fee will be charged for re-delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We work with Pos Malaysia for all international shipping. The shipping rates differ according to countries and are calculated based on the total weight of your parcel. You may check the estimation of your shipping cost before confirming your purchase. If your country is not listed, do drop us and email and we will get back to you on the shipping rate for your location. All parcels comes with a tracking number whereby you will be able to track your parcel through Pos Malaysia’s website. Transit time varies for different countries, but estimated delivery time is usually 2-3 week or more by Standard Airmail. Should you prefer to receive the items urgently, please select express shipping during check-out, this will take 3-5 working days to reach you by EMS/FedEx/TNT. Please take note that all duty and custom taxes applicable will be borne by the recipient. Custom policies may vary widely from country to country, kindly contact your local custom officers for further details.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

If your orders only consist of existing stocks items, your orders will be shipped out within 1 to 4 working days, excluding the day the order was placed. If your orders consist of both existing stocks items and pre-order items, your orders will be shipped out when your order is completed. The shipping speed depends on the delivery method chosen. If you require some items urgently, or have further enquiries, please do not hesitate to email us at support@syazashop.com and we’ll be more than happy to assist.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently accept credit cards such as Visa Card and Mastercard. We also accept Internet Banking/ FPX transactions and also Paypal. All transactions are managed by our official payment gateway –SenangPay.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

In general, online shopping is safe so as long as you're buying from legitimate online stores which using payment gateways that are highly secure. The gateway protects not only the buyer but also the seller, ensuring payment is made and received securely.

How do I place an Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?

Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference.

How Do I Track My Order?

After you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from us. As soon as your items are dispatched, you will also receive the shipping information and parcel tracking number from us. Please note that sometimes it will take some time for your shipment info to be reflected in the courier service website, so do be patient and check again later.

How Can I Return a Product?

We will offer returns if your purchase item has a manufacturing defect, and if the return request is made within 7 days of receipt. Please read more on the details from the Returns Policy page.
