Order cancellation after items dispatched is not refundable.

Return of items that are damaged or defective are possible provided that you fulfill the below conditions:

  1. Send us an email at support@shazashop.com with the detailed information and clear photos of the damaged/defective products.
  2. Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt for exchange and it has to come with its original purchase receipt and packaging.
