If your orders only consist of existing stocks items, your orders will be shipped out within 1 to 4 working days, excluding the day the order was placed.

If your orders consist of both existing stocks items and pre-order items, your orders will be shipped out when your order is completed.

All domestic shipping fee will be waived for a purchase of RM300 and above.

All domestic shipments are estimated to arrived within 1-3 days after dispatch. Signature is required upon parcel delivery. Should there be no one to receive and sign for the parcel, the parcel will be sent to the nearest Poslaju branch, kindly follow Poslaju’s instructions and arrange for self-collection. Should the parcel be returned to us, additional fee will be charged for re-delivery.


We work with Pos Malaysia for all international shipping. The shipping rates differ according to countries and are calculated based on the total weight of your parcel. You may check the estimation of your shipping cost before confirming your purchase. If your country is not listed, do drop us and email and we will get back to you on the shipping rate for your location.

All parcels comes with a tracking number whereby you will be able to track your parcel through Pos Malaysia’s website. Transit time varies for different countries, but estimated delivery time is usually 2-3 week or more by Standard Airmail.

Should you prefer to receive the items urgently, please select express shipping during check-out, this will take 3-5 working days to reach you by EMS/FedEx/TNT.

Please take note that all duty and custom taxes applicable will be borne by the recipient. Custom policies may vary widely from country to country, kindly contact your local custom officers for further details.


After you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from us. As soon as your items are dispatched, you will also receive the shipping information and parcel tracking number from us.

Please note that sometimes it will take some time for your shipment info to be reflected in the courier service website, so do be patient and check again later.
